Inclusive Football were invited to take part in the first Special Olympics tournament of the year hosted by Waitakere at Parrs Park. Top effort by the players, for most of them it was their first tournament! Super proud! Looking forward to the next one

What an incredible day at the Adaptive Football Festival! ⚽💛

Huge credit to Eastern Suburbs AFC and everyone involved for creating such a welcoming, inclusive environment where players of all ages and abilities could simply enjoy the game.

From the first kick-off to the final smiles, the energy was unreal. It wasn’t about competition — it was about confidence, connection, and celebrating what football should be: a game for everyone. Seeing players support each other, try new skills, and just have fun was something special.

A big shoutout to the volunteers, coaches, and families who made the day run so smoothly. And thank you to our amazing supporters Centre north shore, Centre East Tamaki, , and Pak’nSave Glen Innes for helping make the day possible 🙌

And of course, to all the players — you were the stars of the show 🌟

More days like this, please. Inclusive football is powerful, and today proved just how much it matters.
