Great to see this story about the awesome Dr Ken Berry - and you only have to read the comments to see so many great testimoinals from people eating this way.
Carnivore may not suit some people and it may not work for many people as a long term strategy, but it is absolutely worth trying in the short term if your goal is to lose weight, lower inflammation or improve gut health.

A quick note to say that the Keto Store NZ mashed potato was a real hit! What I'm showing here is one serving, which has 5.4g carbs (which has approx 1/4 of the carbs of normal mashed potato) and it only took a couple of minutes to make. I recorded a video of how to make it, which I will share tomorrow. I added a dollop of butter on the top and it was glorious!! Went so well with my chipotle pulled pork. Winter comfort food at its best!
