I literally only realised this … and it’s kind of blown my mind. 🤯
Mia Belle turns 10 this month.
Ten years ago, in 2016, I began this little business… and that same year was the last Pisces lunar eclipse. (I am not an astrologer or have much knowledge at all about it but found it incredibly interesting that the next lunar eclipse in Pisces was this month!)
And here I am, ten years later, feeling like I’m standing at the beginning of another completely new chapter. So much has happened in those ten years. Mia Belle has changed, I’ve changed, my work has changed… and in so many ways I feel like I’m finally allowing more of me to come through it all.

My voice. My sound. My creativity. My spirituality. The ceremonial side of my work. And this growing willingness to actually be seen doing the things that light me up.

Especially with my sound journeys, which somehow feel less like something I’ve “added” to my work and more like something I’ve been slowly finding my way back to.

There’s something really beautiful about realising that a whole ten-year cycle has passed.
The version of me who started Mia Belle had absolutely no idea where it would lead her. 🥹
And now, ten years later, it feels like I’m standing at another beginning.

Same soul. Very different woman.
What a journey. 🤍

And because Mia Belle is turning 10, we are also putting together an amazing and very generous offer in the website shop for the coming month as a little way of celebrating with you.

There have been so many versions of me. Each one contributing to me and my life journey in many ways. I honour and love them all 💛🙏✨️

Versions that learned to adapt.
To belong.
To carry what was expected of me.
To become what was needed in different seasons of my life.

And then there has been the quieter journey home.

Back into my body.
Back into my own rhythm.
Back to the things that light something up inside me - music, sound, creativity, ceremony, curiosity, beauty, nature, expression.

Back to the parts of myself I may have set aside along the way.

For me, self-love has become less about trying to become a better version of myself and more about letting go of everything I thought I needed to be.

To inhabit myself more fully.

My body.
My lineage.
My voice.
My softness and my strength.
My playfulness.
My curiosity.
My becoming.

And perhaps most importantly, allowing myself to be seen as I am.

Not perfectly formed.
Not finished.
Still discovering.
Still remembering.
Still unfolding.

Because I’m learning that vulnerability isn’t about revealing everything.

It is having the courage to let what is true be visible.

And somewhere in that honesty, we find each other.

Because true connection with ourselves and with others can only really happen when we allow ourselves to be met as we are.

These photographs feel like a little marker in time.

A remembering.
A reclamation.
A return to myself.

And maybe, in some ways, the beginning of meeting myself all over again. 🤎
