Some people spend years living in pain, suffering, trying "all the things" but not getting relief. Then, after one session of ConTact CARE it can feel like some kind of miracle.

Why do I work your SKELETON and your NERVOUS SYSTEM together in the same session?

Fascial tone is directly influenced by the nervous system – and vice versa.

Integrating the nervous system with ConTact CARE Flinchlock release can restore elasticity and ease in ways that strengthening exercises, stretching and massage alone often can't.

🫁 The breath, pelvic floor and lumbar spine were designed to function as a single coordinated whole. When this coordination breaks down – through habitual tension, injury or the accumulated stress of daily life – the system compensates. ⛓️

The lumbar spine may stiffen, breathing may get shallower, 🌬️ and movement patterns that should be effortless begin to feel like more of a strain. 🪨
