PWR Fit March Strong Challenge!
Kicking off Sunday 1st March and running through to Tuesday 31st March.
This challenge isn’t about extremes or perfection - it’s about showing up, building strong habits, and finishing the month feeling fitter and stronger.
Here’s how it works:
👉 Choose your challenge level by committing to a number of classes. This includes all of our classes: strength training, Pilates, and yoga.
🥇 GOLD 🥈 SILVER 🥉 BRONZE
16+ Classes 14 classes 12 classes
Simply mark your attendance on the whiteboard in the studio to track your progress.
👉 Complete the 31-Day Habit Tracker designed to support your training and recovery. Focus on protein intake, hydration, steps, and sleep.
👉 Optional strength benchmarks at the beginning and end of the month to track your progress.
You’ll also be added to our Facebook “March Strong Challenge” group chat to share your progress, wins, and encouragement - because we are stronger together!
Whether your goal is to build muscle, improve fitness, feel more energized, or simply stay consistent, this is your opportunity to commit to yourself for 31 days.
There will be prizes, member shoutouts, and a few fun surprises along the way.
