Big news! We have officially taken over as the new owners of Reformer Works, now Core Strength Howick.

The studio comes with 15 reformer beds and an infrared sauna ready for you to use (mat & yoga coming soon).

We are so excited for this new beginning and can’t wait to grow our community 🫂

✨CLIENT SPOTLIGHT✨

Cathy has been coming to our Whitford studio for 4 months now.

She has never been a fan of the gym, but pilates is something she genuinely looks forward to.

With only 6 reformers in the Whitford studio, Cathy says the personal attention makes her feel safe and gives her confidence that she’s doing each move correctly.

Just four months in and she’s already noticing visible muscle growth.

Meet Wendy 🤍

Wendy’s Hatha classes combine stretching and building strength, all while bringing awareness to yourself.

Wendy’s been practicing yoga for 25+ years. She trained under yoga masters in Rishikesh, India (200hr and 300hr certified), and still returns every year to keep learning from her teachers.
