The sphenoid (deep behind the nose) is a key structural hub. When cranial mechanics are restricted, people can feel it as headaches, jaw/TMJ tension, ear pressure and poor sleep. Interesting clinical pattern: we often see cranial restriction and pelvic imbalance together, so when someone has hip or low back issues we also check head/neck mechanics and vice versa.
