Soups are great at this time of year - comforting, packed with veges & easy to make a big batch to cover a few meals...but many soups are low in protein leaving you feeling hungry an hour or two later & making it difficult to get in enough protein across your day.

I added silken tofu + cannellini beans to this soup to boost the protein, fibre and creaminess.

Such an easy way to support:
💫 Satiety
💫 Sustained energy
💫 Blood sugar balance
💫 Gut health

You can add the tinned drained cannelini beans during cooking. Add the silken tofu at the end of cooking & blend to get a smooth, creamy satisfying soup! 🙌

For all the women who think losing weight in perimenopause means surviving on lettuce leaves, rice cakes & tinned tuna… you will be pleased to know this is NOT the case!

One of the biggest mindset shifts I encourage women to make is this:

✨ Eating less is not the answer
✨ Restricting more often backfires
✨ Meals should actually be enjoyable & satisfying

At this stage of life, your body needs nourishment.

A key part of supporting sustainable weight loss, energy, appetite regulation, gut health & hormones is eating balanced meals throughout the day - usually 3 nourishing meals + a nutritious snack if needed.

Because when meals are:
❌ tiny
❌ boring
❌ unsatisfying
❌ low in protein
❌ lacking fibre

…it's simply is not sustainable.

And consistency is what actually moves the needle.

The goal isn’t to eat less. The goal is to eat in a way that:
✔️ keeps you full
✔️ supports muscle mass
