Not even 24 hours have passed since I arrived at Janesh Vaidya Ayurveda Village in Kerala, South India. What a beautiful and amazing place. I've received 2 treatments of 90 mins and 45 mins to help with jetlag & tired - head massage then oil on forehead is unbelievably relaxing! Tonight was a yoga workshop which was mainly meditation - perfect for me! The food is delicious & prepared differently for each person's body type, the staff are wonderful & caring and the 8 other guests are all very welcoming. The river and pool pics are the view from my balcony. Life is tough!!!

Reiki can be learnt by anyone - if you're interested in exploring this healing art all you need is a compassionate heart and an open mind.

Reiki Level 1: 23 & 24 March 2024 (1 space available)
Reiki Level 1: 18 & 19 May (2 spaces available)

I provide a detailed manual plus I run regular Reiki exchange groups so you can practice / discuss / keep learning with others.

My classes are kept small and comfortable with a minimum of 2 and maximum of 4 students.
