Sharla is a Level 6 qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with experience in deep tissue, therapeutic massage, cupping and relaxation.

Sharla is a Level 6 qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with skills and experience in therapeutic, sports and relaxation massage.
As a mum of five, Sharla understands that life can be busy and demanding. Her approach to massage is holistic — looking beyond just the area that hurts and considering the whole person.
Sharla works alongside you to understand what you need and then develop a treatment approach to help you work towards your goals.
