🇺🇸Preparing Your Body And After Surgery 🇲🇽

Your body needs to be physically prepared before and after surgery. That’s why we allow two days in San Diego before heading to Mexico — time to rest, hydrate, decompress, adjust to the time zone and even enjoy a little sightseeing. 🌴

After surgery, we also spend two days back in San Diego before flying home to New Zealand, giving your body valuable time to rest and recover before the journey home.

It’s not just about the surgery — it’s about looking after your body, mind and spirit throughout the whole journey.
