Just a very minor technical issue at the start...but those who attended, had a great time today watching the movie.
All enjoyed popcorn and mini pizza's. If you didn't get a chance to come, along this morning, we recommend the Moana 2 movie.

Well what can we say...
Friday's French morning was FANTASTIC!!
Full of Fun.
Dressing up Fancy.
Learning a Few French words.
Finding out a little bit about the History.
Singing Frere Jacques.
And...
Filling our tummys with French treats.

Fantastic autumn 🍂 Master pieces were created today by using a palette 🎨 of reds, oranges, yellows and earthy tones.

I think this winter🥶 'snap' has snuck up on me and given me 'brain freeze'.❄️
(Just a 'few' days late posting)

Pop into Interlock tomorrow to create an 'autumn' 🍂🍁picture along with a decorated wooden frame.

While we are on a roll...here is the recipe for the bird seed mixture.

In a bowl add 2 Tablespoons of gelatine and 1 Tablespoon of cold water. Gently stir until dissolved. Leave for 1 minute until set.
Add 1/4 Cup of warm to hot water, gently stir. Add 1 Cup of any bird seed, gently stir.
Firmly press seed mixture into moulds. We used cut up cardboard tubes. Cookie cutters or silicone moulds can work as well.
Push a cut up straw into the seed mixture, to form a hole.
Leave to set in fridge for a few hours or so, or over night.
Gently cut or rip off the cardboard tube (or carefully out of the mould) thread a piece of string, ribbon or fishing line threw the middle of the straw and tie the 2 ends into a knot.
Hang the treats for the birds in any trees or on a fence.

We have a been asked by a few if they could have the recipe for the 'bliss' balls that were made a couple of weeks ago...so here it is to share.
In a food processor, add all the ingredients below.

1/4 Cup of mixed raisins/sultanas and any nut variety
6 dates
1 Tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 Tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
1 Tablespoon of orange juice concentrate or any juice to taste
60 Grams of rolled oats
1 1/2 Tablespoons of cocoa powder

Blend until combined. Add a little water if needed.
Roll into 6 balls.
