🌹World Reflexology Week🌹

Yes, there really is a World Reflexology Week,
it is the last full week of September each year.

Interesting fact: Reflexology has been practiced for over 4,000 years, with its earliest recorded roots dating back to ancient civilizations like Egypt and China.

Everyone knows I love helping, so I am sharing to see if we can get more people who are interested in learning to dance to join, so good for the soul & I'm glad that my hands 🙌 aren't unco like my feet 👣😉

Ever wanted to learn to dance, but don't have a partner or maybe you would like to just focus on your own steps, well this is the class for you!

No partners, no partner-work, just you and the music.
No Dance experience is needed!
All welcome :)
