Hello loves,
over the past little while, I’ve been going through a bit of a shift. It's been a challenging time, which I'm also very grateful for. I have been simplifying, slowing down, and reassessing how I want to move through life and this work.

Part of that means changing how I use Facebook.

This page will still be here to share upcoming events and offerings, but I’ll be stepping away from posting regular content here. Instead, I’ll be sharing more on my personal profile, where I can show up more as a whole human, not just through my work, but through all the parts of life that matter to me.

For me, this is about creating more sustainability. Less time online, less admin, more presence in the real world. With my work, with the people I love, and with myself.

Long time no see social media…
Just here for a wee while to share some updates and let you know I’m still alive 😅

However, things have been changing in my world.
I’m setting different priorities for my life right now and social media is not one of them.

I’ve been dealing with burnout and nervous system dysregulation for a while now and have decided that things need to change and that I need to start taking care of myself in better ways.
Slowly rebuilding…
