2 Stalks and Leaves
Of Silverbeet , finely sliced...
And a Bunch of Parsley finely sliced ...
Add 1/2 a Tin of
Mild Chilli Bean Mix
Add 1/2 Cup of Milk

In A Separate Pot
Boil 1 & 1/2 Cups of
Chopped Yams Till Tender ...
Add Strained Yams
To Chilli Mix
Cook till Yams are Mushy
Mix Well Together
Season with Salt and Pepper
Load onto Corn Chips
Grate Over Cheese
Grill ...
