Good morning all,

The date is set for the start of an exciting new phase. For those of you that don't know, CWS has undergone an ownership change. Don't worry Tom is still around providing his quality PT services and average banter! Along with this change we are re-branding, moving to a brand new location (just a stones throw away), and investing in new equipment to enhance your training experience.
