A big welcome to our new followers and ongoing gratitude for all our supporters near and far.

Here in the Hurunui, North Canterbury we offer Holistic and Trauma informed 2point coaching,

We are building a little off grid healing space and will start wild and Free yoga in spring.

You pick the theme provide the space,
And invite your friends.

I will develop and guide movement and stillness that fits your personal needs and bring the mats and props.
