THE ART AND SOUL OF YOGA NIDRA
Gather blankets, pillows and bolsters and join me for the deeply restorative practice of iRest Yoga Nidra. Each session offers a meditative journey to befriend your nervous system, rest your body and quieten your mind with the welcoming and meditative art and science of Yoga Nidra.

Join a friendly and motivating online environment where you can practice yoga in response to your own needs whilst feeling the support of facilitated inquiry and a connection of community or sangha.

You will need to have a couple of years’ experience with yoga and a desire to practice at home.

Mondays 6.30am – 7.30am NZ time

- Pathways into a daily practice

- Considering structure versus freedom

- A practice that responds to life and its challenges

- Understanding our personal obstacles to committing in a regular way

- Putting pillars of practice in place

- Evaluating and evolving our practice

These weekly sessions are on Sunday evenings in Europe and Monday mornings here in Aotearoa.

Woohoo ✨ it feels like an auspicious time to launch my brand new website https://samloe.yoga as we arrive at Winter Solstice 🌞time here in Aotearoa, New Zealand.

Traditionally solstice rituals celebrate the energy of transformation, creativity, and new beginnings as we welcome our hopes and dreams with the return of more light. Now feels like the perfect time to share my new offerings to support you in nourishing your yoga practice.

I have recorded a free Yoga Nidra to celebrate this beginning whether you are tuning into summer or winter energies and you will find this deeply restful practice in the blog section of my new website entitled Solstice Sleep Meditation.

Practicing what I preach!!
It’s been a month since my second dash of COVID, and I am having to be very patient and slow, and continue to pace myself and continue to rest. Anytime I exercise it sets me back. I am so thankful to have many yoga tools to meet me in this place.

And so it’s ironic but perfect timing that I get to share some of these tools with - a wonderful platform offering Rest, Repair and Recover programmes to a global community dealing with post viral/long Covid/long term illness recovery, a large timetable of gentle Autonomic Nervous System, retraining activities.

I’m honoured to offer 2 live classes a week in the Southern hemisphere daytimes on this wonderful platform! (recordings also available for those who can’t make those times)

Each class is just 30 minutes - easy to fit into a day and not too exhausting for me.
