Thank you to everyone for another busy and rewarding trip to the Manawatu and Taranaki 😍 got home Sunday night and slept like the dead all ready to hit the ground running this morning.
Farming waits for no one...especially at this time of year 🙄😅 much love and appreciation as always to my wonderful clients ❤️

Important information for Manawatu clients.

I have managed to drag the hubby off the farm on a last minute family holiday, before calving and lambing starts in ernest! (yes we are running a bit late this year!)..our first in 11 years!

I will have my diary with me and will confirm your appointments/times asap BUT reception may be patchy and we are very overdue for family time so I do ask that you please be patient if I am delayed in replying to you.

Manawatu 12th-16th August. (I will go home via Taranaki if there are enough bookings.)

Wed 12th travel day - will have a limited number of bookings available enroute.

Thursday 13th - Pahiatua/Eketahuna
Almost fully booked

Friday 14th - central Manawatu and Levin.

Saturday 15th - based at Kyrewood all day

Depending on bookings late arvo Saturday/Sunday 16th start heading back home via Taranaki.

So proud of this mare, she has certainly turned things around and has a much more promising future on or off the track. Massive dedication from Sacha Rennie and Josh who do the very best by their horses. Every visit they book me in for anywhere from 3-6 horses, including sport horses. They work their butts off, really excited for your future as trainers guys you certainly deserve all the treats 🥰

Solid second 🥈 today for Betty Willdoit at Otaki in the The Tele Otaki mdn 2100m having her second start today.
Still learning the ropes and another solid ride by Leah having to steady early and work all the way home.
She'll learn alot from the run today.

Awesome for David who owns and breed Betty. He never had any doubt about Betty's wet track pedigree and we hope this is a sign of something special for him!

Just back from Manawatu 🥰 thank you for all your continued support (both regulars and new faces) that make these trips possible. Next Manawatu trip will be August with the usual mobile clinic and ONE day based at Kyrewood. Anyone wanting an appointment in Woodville, Pahiatua, Eketahuna I am looking to add clients in this area to make a FULL day and save on travel time 😊

Exciting News! I now have a Manawatu Base, many thanks to the generosity of Elaine Bradley the new owner of Kyrewood Equestrian Park in Kairanga.

This will come into effect on my next trip down offering a place (Kyrewood) where I can see both Equine and human clients and offering undercover areas and lighting for those early winter evenings.

Its all very much in the working out the details phase still, and I will still be doing "some" travel but I do hope to reduce my kms travelled going forward and therefore also be able to spend more time with clients instead of driving.

Back from a special weekend in Ōpōtiki combining some down time with seeing,dogs,humans and horses. Huge thank you to my beautiful friend Renee Hikuroa for hosting me and allowing me to use her clinic space.

Next big trip is Manawatu in the first week of July 😊
