Multi colour tattoos can be really tough to remove, because no single laser can target every shade. Thankfully, with TCP’s PicoWay and its three different wavelength hand pieces, there is no colour we can’t treat safely.

By marking out the boundaries of each colour with a white pencil which reflects the lasers energy means we can precisely treat each colour with the correct wavelength.

The PicoWay fires in picoseconds shattering the ink photoacoustically (via sound waves, not blistering heat) meaning it’s safe for all skin types and is faster at clearing of your unwanted ink.

⚡️FOUR YEARS OF TCP⚡️

On the 30th of June 2022, Erin opened the doors to Taking Care of Pigment for the first time. Armed with a big dream, her vision was to create a space unlike any other. A place where tattoo removal received preferential care no matter the client’s story, and where trust made way for transition. All set to a killer soundtrack.

This milestone brings a wave of mixed emotions. It has been a huge year of change, and it is undoubtedly bittersweet marking this anniversary without the person who started it all here to blow out the candles. Today, we want to take a moment to pause and recognize Erin’s beautiful legacy.

With TCP, she created something far bigger than a business. She built a community (and a huge fan club!) She understood that for many clients, deciding to remove a tattoo often meant feeling vulnerable. She never took that responsibility lightly and often spoke of how honoured she felt to help people reflect on where they have been and support where they were going, all through the magic of a laser.

If you knew Erin, you know just how much she loved a good party, and while this birthday looks a little different, we know she would be pretty stoked to see everything she built at TCP forging ahead into the future.

Thank you all for the continued support of TCP, and to everyone keeping Erin in your hearts today. We miss her incredibly, and her legacy is right here in everything we do.

Pricing is determined by size, starting from $100. The great thing is, we remove the negative space when calculating your quote.

There are a few factors unique to you and your pigment which will determine how many treatments you will require, but at TCP we are determined to get you there in the shortest time safely possible.

The Picoway laser uses the highest peak power of any other laser on the market, this results in the most effective removal in fewer sessions, meaning the best value!
