🤍 A little invitation from tonight’s Mediumship Evening from Alex from Beyond Balance NZ …

"Tonight we spoke about the importance of coming out of the head and dropping into the body.
So often we’re busy thinking, analysing, questioning and trying to figure everything out… that we forget our body is communicating with us all the time..

Your body knows.
Your heart knows.

But sometimes, we simply need to become quiet enough to hear it.

Today i set a task for all those who joined this evening.

Before you go to sleep tonight, i invite you to take a few quiet moments...
Close your eyes...
Take a slow breath...
Bring your awareness into your heart space...
And gently ask yourself:
“What is it I need to know right now?”
or
“What do I need right now?”
And then, rather than trying to think of the answer…
Feel it...
Notice what comes up...
A word. A feeling. An image. A knowing. A sensation in your body. Maybe even nothing at all.
There is no right or wrong answer. Just notice.

I invited everyone at tonight’s evening to do this when they got into bed, and I said I would put this post up so we could create a little space here to share what came through..

So if you feel called to join in, share your answer in the comments below. 🤍

On such a cold Dunedin evening, it warmed our hearts to see so many of you join us for our Mediumship Evening. 🕯️✨

Thank you to everyone who came along, shared the space with us, and brought your openness, love and beautiful energy into the room.

A special thank you to our wonderful mediums and healers for sharing their time, compassion and gifts so generously. We are incredibly grateful for the care and integrity you bring to these evenings.

Whether you received a message or simply sat quietly and witnessed the beautiful connections shared, we hope you left feeling comforted, uplifted and reminded that love never dies. ❤️

Thank you for supporting your Dunedin Spiritualist Church and helping us create a warm, welcoming and inclusive spiritual community.
