One of the highlights of Conference 2026 was the launch of a new documentary, Establishing NSCBI (now the NSCTTI), by Te Wakahuia Productions. The documentary features interviews with several founding members and provides a history of the work done so far to transform the field of psychology and the NZPsS in terms of biculturalism and Te Tiriti. It acknowledges the progress to date, and the need for the journey to continue.

The Branch committee are running a careers evening for Psych students at the Uni on 9 September. I'd be grateful for a couple of volunteers to support the event. We are looking to add two early-mid career psychs (of any scope) who could share their story (5 mins max) and participate in any Q&A. We do these every year and its always good. If you can join in, please get in touch.
