Wellness Warrior of the Month – Tabitha 💛
A massive shout-out to our Wellness Warrior of the Month, Tabitha!
Tabitha first joined us at Sweat & Strength while at uni, and when I introduced a later evening class called Slow Sculpt, she’s been showing up and supporting it consistently since May 2023 — week after week, month after month.
Coming to class 2–3 times every week isn’t luck — it’s consistency. From starting with 3–4kg dumbbells to now lifting 10–15kg dumbbells, her progress has been built through dedication and hard work.
💪She quietly and consistently sets the bar high, always pushing her limits (even if she has no choice 🫣).
Tabitha continues to smash new PBs, with recent PRs across her back squat, deadlift, chest press, and sumo squats. She inspires us all with her quiet determination, positive attitude, and commitment to getting stronger.
She’s already making a fantastic start to our Wellness Fit 4Rox Challenge, and I can’t wait to see what she achieves next.
