This FREE, one‑hour session is delivered by our amazing Volunteer Community Educators and covers the essentials of:
1️⃣ Calling 111
2️⃣ Starting CPR
3️⃣ Using an AED
You’ll walk away with the confidence and skills to act quickly in a cardiac emergency — because those first few minutes truly matter.
Our sessions are designed to be welcoming and accessible to all kinds of groups, including:

We’re on a mission to ensure local AED (Automated External Defibrillator) information is accurate and up to date.
Our goal is to help you regularly check and maintain your AED so that, if it’s ever needed, our 111 Operations Team can confidently direct a first responder, GoodSAM volunteer, or bystander to your device knowing it’s fully operational.
