Healing Truth #9 – Rest Is Part of the Work

You don’t always have to be strong.

Sometimes healing looks like rest.
Like doing nothing.
Like giving yourself grace.

You’re not falling behind.

You’re restoring yourself.

Rest isn’t weakness — it’s essential for your power. 🌿

what are your thoughts?

“And the final truth? It will blow your mind…”

Healing Truths No one talks about

Today's first home visit for Bio Pulse Ionic Detox Therapy. Thanks to this lovely whanau for welcoming me into your own and allowing me to share the benefits of Bio Pulse therapy with you. It's been a pleasure and I look forward to seeing you all again soon.

How neat for whanau present to witness and book in their whanau of 4. This is how powerful this treatment is. You can see and feel the Benefits from the very get go!

And I always say "the proof is in the pudding" so watch this space 👀👀👀🙏✨️💗

I truly believe when you want to heal and get well..anything is possible..as long as you want it 💗✨️🙏💫 said with love 💓🙏

If you are wondering if this is for you, why not send me a message and let's have a chat. Happy to answer any questions you may have.

X Berda ...doing what I love, helping others and living intentionally with purpose..

Bless the Universe.✨️💫💞💓💫✨️

Healing Truth #7 – Boundaries Feel Wrong at First

Setting boundaries will feel wrong at first.

You’ll feel guilty.
Selfish.
Mean even.

But you’re not.

You’re just no longer abandoning yourself
to keep others happy.

Questioning everything is proof you’re waking up. 🌱

can you relate?

“Next in this “Healing Truths Nobody Talks About” series we’ll talk about why everyone cant come with you to your next level.”

One of the reasons WHY I am choosing ME!

My life's greatest inspiration...my daughter 💓✨️💗

Healing Truth #6 – You’ll Question Everything

Healing will have you questioning everything.

Your relationships.
Your habits.
Even yourself.

It’s confusing.

But that confusion?

It’s a sign you’re waking up.

Setting boundaries feels uncomfortable… until you realise they protect your peace. ✨

what's your thoughts?

“Next: boundaries will feel weird at first — and that’s normal.”

Healing Truths Nobody Talks About” series

No one is coming to save me… and that changed everything.

At first, that truth felt heavy.
Lonely.
Even a little unfair.

But then something shifted…

I realised—if no one is coming to save me,
then I get to become the one who does.

The one who gets up when it’s hard.
The one who chooses healing over hiding.
The one who builds, grows, and keeps going… even when nobody’s clapping.

No saviour.
No rescue story.

Just me… stepping into my power.

And honestly?
That’s where the real magic begins. ✨

Healing Truth #5 – Not Everyone Will Clap for You

As you grow…

Some people will get uncomfortable.

They liked you better when you were quieter.
Easier.

More available.
Don’t shrink to keep others comfortable.

You didn’t come this far to stay small.

Facing yourself isn’t easy, but it’s where your power grows.

what's your take?

"Tomorrow, I’ll show you why feeling worse is actually progress…”
