Mahi a Atua Kia pakari ai tō tātou Mātauranga Māori i roto i te mahi hauora. Whaia te toi huarewa hei tautoko, Mauri ora! This page has been set up by Diana and Mark Kopua.

Mātauranga Māori training for the workforce, the community, whānau…for everyone. Personal and/or professional development like no other. Mahi a Atua was developed by Diana (nee Rangihuna). Her and her husband Mark, and the Te Kurahuna team, introduced Mahi a Atua to the Tairawhiti and Hauraki. It has become a 'way of being' that can be interpreted in many ways. The common element to Mahi a Atua as an intervention is the deliberate effort to work as a collective to reinstate Matauranga Maori into health and non health services.

Tuatahi, ki a Ōturu Marae, tēnei te mihi nui ki a koutou mō te manaaki i a mātou, mō te whakaruruhau i tēnei kaupapa, me te wāhi i homai kia taea e mātou te haere i tēnei haerenga o Rangiparauri.

Ki te rōpū whakahaere, ki ngā ringawera, ngā ringa raupā i mahi i ngā mahi kitea me ngā mahi kāore e kitea, tēnā rawa atu koutou. Nā koutou mātou i whāngai, i tiaki, i pupuri hoki i te kaupapa kia rere pai ai.

Ki tō tātou Te Kura Huna whānau, me ngā ringa katoa i whakapau kaha kia tū ai tēnei Rangiparauri, tēnā rawa atu koutou.

Ki ngā Tohunga, nā koutou te mātauranga i hora, te ara i whakatakoto, me te kaupapa i pupuri. Ki ngā Aho, nā koutou ngā tauira i ārahi, i tautoko, i awhi i roto i tēnei haerenga. Tēnā rawa atu koutou.

Ā, ki a koutou ngā tauira. I tae mai koutou hei tauira, engari i roto i ēnei rā kua hīkoi tahi tātou i tētahi ara hōhonu. Kua wero i a tātou anō, kua kata, kua tangi, kua ako, kua tuku, kua whiwhi. Ināianei, ka wehe atu koutou i konei me tētahi atu kawenga. Kua tū koutou hei Mataora.

Engari kāore tātou i tae mai ki konei ko tātou anake. Ki ō tātou whānau i te kāinga, nā rātou i pupuri ngā tamariki, ngā mokopuna, ngā mahi, ngā kāinga me ngā kawenga katoa kia wātea ai tātou ki te noho ki konei, tēnā koutou. Ko rātou hoki tētahi wāhanga o tēnei haerenga.
