Yoga Classes for Women:

Monday 7-8pm
Tuesday 1:30-2:30pm
Wednesday 11am-12pm

Classes are run the same as the school term and there is the option of in-person or Zoom for each class. Each class alternates weekly between ’Rejuvenating’ yoga (Purna/breath focused, safety alignment) & Yin yoga (stay poses longer). All classes are suitable for all levels of experience, and injuries or phy

sical limitations can be worked around. Maximum of 8 in-person regulars in each class. Being a regular secures your spot in the class. The cost of the term depends on the number of weeks (eg. 10 weeks is $144 for in person or $123 for Zoom))

If you are wanting to attend on a casual basis you can be added to the cancellation list for a certain class(es) and will be texted when a space is available. Casual classes are $15/class on Zoom and $17/class in person. Community Chair Yoga:

Monday's 1:30-2:20pm $11/class or term rates available

Corporate Yoga:

Price by negotiation depending on time and travel. I am available to come to your workplace to teach yoga (any length of time, whichever pace of yoga you would like, I can incorporate breath work and meditation also)

Reiki Crystal Healing:

By appointment $120/hr either in person or online
(or $300 for 3 sessions within 3 months)

I incorporate the power of essential oils, healing frequency music, Reiki, and Crystals to balance and align your chakras and aura, and clear energy that no longer benefits you. I receive guidance that is beneficial for you at this time. Always guided for your Highest Good. When your chakras are functioning optimally you have improved tolerance to stress, more energy, feel calmer, and better physical health. Regular sessions will help you feel your best and get the most out of life. doTerra:

I do a regular monthly order on the 6th of the month so can provide all your essential oil or doTerra needs. I have a small amount of product in stock available at all times. Please message for more details regarding yoga, Reiki Crystal Healing, or doTerra.
