10 easy tips to keep your lymphatic system working optimally & mostly free tips

1. Deep belly breathing (slow, intentional breaths), activating the diaphragm — get very familiar with that organ
2. Daily walks (swing your arms, get things moving)
3. fascia cup and organic body oil to boost circulation and rehydrate tight, stuck fascia
4. Rebounding or light bouncing
5. Dry brushing before a shower
