What an informative morning.

Shannon Edwards Liz Morley for providing the nutritionist today. I gained so much more knowledge.

Interesting learning the importance of balanced meals. Importance of breakfast. The importance of Fibre, protein and fats and why they should be used in our diets and to have the portions in our meal plans.
A morning well spent.

For too long as we age you may have heard this and how many times do we make excuses. I can’t do it scenarios, because I have arthritis, my hips are tight. This guy has made stretching a normality as we age. He has alternative examples for beginners.
He talks often about getting our muscles back.
