We are sorry to inform you that we have Roof Repairs beginning from next week.

The Gym will remain Open , during this time while Poolside remains Closed.

Open Hours
Will also be adjusted please check social media posts for updated notices .

Carpark
Please keep clear of the worksite and do not disrupt the safety cones and taped areas . We will be limited to carpark space but also have some carparks available. This will be a first in first serve basis.

Our second workshop is now open for registrations!
You’ll learn:
• Breathing techniques & breath-holds
• Duck diving fundamentals
• Underwater movement & skills
• Rescue basics & safe buddy practices
All grounded in building confidence, capability, and safety in the wai.

Poolside Repairs Notice

We will provide further updates once the repair date and outcome are confirmed.

In the meantime, pool membership and key tag holders may see our staff to arrange gym access. Pool concession card holders are also eligible for gym access during staffed hours only; after-hours access is not available for these card types.

Please be advised that the sauna remains open. A reduced rate for sauna use will be applied for all casual visitors upon arrival.
