I’ve been on this band wagon for my entire skin career. And I’m noticing it’s being talked about more and more.
I’ve even put many clients onto this wonderful ingredient because it’s just so darn good.

Everyone and anyone can use Azelaic Acid. Even sensitive, inflammatory skins. Actually they are the best skins to use this ingredient. If you don’t have rosacea, acne, congested or pigmentation concerns then you can skip this.

It calms, reduces redness, decongests, reduce acne breakouts and softens pigmentation.

Like any active you want to start slow but I’d also recommend being seen by a professional who can prescribe the right % and also formula alongside how often to use it.

I actually don’t have a product that I stock with this ingredient, but that will never stop me from recommending it to you if I think it’s what’s best. I will always put your skin needs first and if that is a product/ingredient I don’t stock then I look to other brands for it. Your needs come first.

Tomorrow marks Winter Solstice in the southern hemisphere.
As we move deeper into winter we know that the shortest day is behind us, moving towards light again.

To find the light we must reside in darkness.

My favourite time of year to really go inward, rest and reflect on the past half of the year and look to the second half as move towards spring.

Chiron has also landed in Ta**us and is asking us to heal. What better time when the days are shorter, the nights are darker.
