What a weekend! 💪🏽🏃🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️

Lydia and I took on a local HYROX event, ran by the awesome team at 💗
Big thank you to Ora for putting on such a well-organised event and creating such a supportive environment🌟

Such a great atmosphere — people of all levels showing up, pushing themselves, and backing each other. That sense of community is what it’s all about.

As an osteopath, I love seeing events like this. Movement doesn’t have to be perfect — it just has to happen. Whether you’re training for something big or just getting started, your body adapts, strengthens, and becomes more resilient when you show up consistently.

Events like this are a great reminder that exercise isn’t just about performance — it’s about connection, longevity, and feeling good in your body.
