Good nutrition is essential in maintaining optimum health✨️...I must admit I am a bit of a sweet tooth and do enjoy a few chocolate treats here and there😆but I really love making pumpkin soup a couple of times a year😋This is also a good way to balance Spleen energy, which incidentally is related to the pancreas and our blood sugar balance.👌This recipe is particularly yum!😋
