🤦‍♀️ I learned something embarrassingly late this week…

I’ve spent countless hours reviewing and auditing articles over the years, scrolling up and down webpages looking for specific words or topics.

Then this week I discovered (yes, discovered! 😂) that I can simply press:

⌘ + F on a Mac
or
Ctrl + F on a Windows computer

and instantly search a page for words like “probiotics”, “coffee”, “sugar”, “IBS”, or “Candida”.

It probably sounds obvious to many of you, but it has already saved me so much time!

So, if there’s anyone else out there who didn’t know this little trick, you’re welcome. 😆

And if you already knew it, please be kind—I clearly missed that lesson somewhere along the way!
