✨ Welcome to Eclipse Wellness Studio ✨
A lot of people have been asking what Eclipse is about, so I thought it was time for a proper introduction.
Hi, I'm Kāth, founder of Eclipse. Wellness Studio and Paradoxx Therapies
Like many women, I've worn a lot of hats over the years... Nurse, counsellor, healer, business owner, mum, partner, student, and a few others in between. Through all of those experiences, one thing became clear to me: women need places where they can connect, learn, access support, and feel part of a community.
Eclipse was created from that idea. Simply put, Eclipse is a community-focused wellness space for women. A place where support, connection, learning, wellbeing, and community can exist under one roof.
And to be honest, Eclipse is something I've dreamed about for a long time. Not just another business, but a place where women can access support, try new things, build connections, share experiences, and feel part of something bigger than themselves.

But Eclipse was never meant to be just about me. So while you'll initially see many of the posts, services and activities facilitated by me, the vision has always been to create a space that brings together different people, skills, experiences, and ways of supporting wellbeing. Over the coming months, additional practitioners and facilitators will begin joining the studio, each bringing something unique to share with our community.
The Eclipse website is being finalised and should be live within the next few days. I'd love for you to join me for a class or group session when the schedule is released.
