Still out of action until further notice.

Training will recommence as soon as possible however it is looking like surgery will be needed on both wrists so it could be a little while.

I will continue to keep everyone updated.

In the meantime an awful unflattering photo of me but when you're stuck in custom made braces and can't sleep it's always nice to have company and snuggles, especially company that loves me unconditionally....

Unfortunately my training and work is on hold at present due to nasty injury to both hands and wrists.

If you're in need of treatment still get in touch as Vaughan is still able to do treatments in the evenings and on weekends.

It's going to be a big weekend this weekend. Training course in Ngatea with the creator/founder of ConTact C.A.R.E - extremely nervous and excited!

Looking forwards to further developing my skills and learning new ones!

It is going to be a very full on 2 months as I head towards the next step and begin practitioner training in March. At this stage 3 courses between now and then with one being equine. I also need to treat 20 new people with follow up during this time period so please share my page far and wide!

Been having great success with migraines and headaches, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, fatigue and general pain such as back pain.

Just did some drainage work on one of my favourite clients for the first time. I can't wait to see how she feels in a day or two as she responds incredibly well to releases.
Also was blessed with a dozen lovely eggs from her chooks

Today I would like to share about a "project" I have started. This involves a friend of mine who has severe fibromyalgia and has had many accidents and falls over the years.

She has come to stay for 5 days and was in a pretty bad state yesterday.

Last night we started with drainage work to open things up and then a couple of releases. Her feedback this morning was that she slept well and her body "didn't feel so weighted" this morning.

This morning I spent time working on her right arm and shoulder as her worst issues at present involve pain in her shoulder and neck and she has been experiencing dizziness when turning her head.

Within a few hours she has told me pain levels are better and she is feeling a lot better than she has in quite awhile!

With ConTact C.A.R.E releases it is very important to not do too many in one session as to not overload the body (no matter how tempting it is haha). It has been hard with Elaine to only be able to treat her sporadically rather than a couple of days a week in order to really get things going for her so I'm excited to have been able to come up with a plan and have 5 days and evenings over which to treat her.

If 2 sessions in a row have already given her improvement that I can even see just looking at her face, how she holds herself and how she moves, I can't wait to see how things will be in a couple more days!

Treated a very special friend today who has multiple long term issues and hoping for good results. Hearing the words "my legs feel strange" at the end was a positive sign. I put my all into it and know there will be improvement, the question is how much and when as for some people it takes a little while for the benefits to show.

So why is ConTact C.A.R.E so amazing?
A friend went on the last course with me and night before last did some drainage work on me.....
What am I doing right now for the first time in years?
Taking a break in the shade.... from MOWING THE LAWNS!

Those who know me will be stunned. They may look like a 5 year old has done them but I'm nearly finished our big back section.

So last weekend completed another amazing foundation course. It was incredibly full on and learned so much more that I'm excited about putting into practice!

It's looking like the next course for me will be an equine one at the beginning of the year. I'm also looking at doing a small animal one as soon as it comes up also.

Thrilled today to get home from Hamilton to a knock on the door. One of my lovely clients with a dozen eggs from her chooks!

She's had a couple of treatments now and her life has changed so much from talking to her - she is no longer living in pain and I couldn't be happier for her. So glad I chose her from one of the local groups to gift treatment to, it was needed and so successful!
