Being a kid again, where nothing is required of you and you're just free.

Oxytocin just moving through my body.

We don't talk enough about how much our bodies need this.
Not as a reward. Not when everything is done.

Just because you're a human and your body was made to feel this way.

Society has us so wired to produce, to perform, to be useful, that we forget what it feels like to just be in our bodies without an agenda.

Nature has a way of reminding you.

The moment they realised what they'd been carrying didn't start with them.

That it came from a different time, a different place, a different version of a woman they'd never even met.

I kept coming back to the same thing. It doesn't need to be complicated. It needs to be true.

Here is why:

The body doesn't respond to complexity.
It responds to safety. And safety is simple.

So that's what I built.
Six modules. That's it.

You arrive and take stock of what you're actually carrying.

You start to understand your patterns differently, not from above them, but from inside them. You move forward.

You integrate what's shifting. You meet yourself with love, maybe for the first time in a long time.

And then you close the circle, past, present, and future, all of you, witnessed.

That's the whole journey.

No frameworks to implement. No worksheets to fill in.

Just your body, at its own pace, finally putting something down.

30 Second RESET.

Morph Festival, a tent full of women who'd never met, shaking together before we went into hypnosis.

Shaking is one of the simplest things your body can do to discharge what it's been holding.

When animals experience stress or trauma they shake it off automatically, it's their body's way of telling the nervous system the danger has passed.

We do it too, but we've learned to hold it in because it looks silly.

That holding is where the tension lives.

When you let yourself shake, even for thirty seconds, your body gets the message it's safe to let go.

Thirty seconds. That's all it takes to feel different in your body than you did before.
