"Light of Ray arrived at just the right time in my life.

My sessions with Ray have been beautifully, deeply held. She creates the most nourishing, delicious space — warm, welcoming and comforting, with all the beautiful little touches that make you feel completely cared for. A warm bed, tea, soft blankets, her gentle presence.

I really appreciate the way she continually asks for consent. Nothing is assumed or rushed. Her hands are incredibly warm, and it honestly feels like the energy streams right out through her fingertips.

Every session has been a curious journey that we go on together. So many things have shifted and moved — blocks I didn’t necessarily have words for, or even need to name. There is something incredibly powerful about being witnessed in your process without needing to explain or understand everything.

Instead, there is space to simply allow things to dissolve, move and alchemise into something clearer, more grounded and lighter.

I’ve left each session with more space & clarity inside myself.

"I was lucky enough to experience 3x somatic healing sessions with the beautifully gifted Ray.

During the sessions I felt held and safe in her warm nourishing space. Although I was nervous I quickly relaxed with her thoughtful questions and comfortable space. I found the session deeply relaxing, and what I can only describe as a exploration of my inner self, my body, mind and the dance between.

Some things felt emotional, almost like a purge of release. A shift of emotion from a deep space within me. Ray was not rushed, she was gentle, requiring permission to curiously explore each space. Looking back this was the most I've ever focused soley on my physical self.

Since these sessions I've felt more connected to my body. More self aware of my physical needs and with an enhanced ability to connect and act sooner with these needs. My sleep has also improved- particularly noticed this during a recent week away from home comforts.

As a Nurse and talk therapist I can see these sessions being complimentary to talk therapy, or wonderful on their own for those curious and open to new realms of self healing. It’s also culturally safe as the process is client led and centred. I definitely recommend this nourishing experience for all wellness seekers."

During the 6 months of training in Somatic Energy Therapy (SET), I have also been receiving sessions myself, and really experiencing the possibilities of this modality from the other side of the table.

I’ve been on my own healing quest since 2017. And along came Somatic Energy Therapy which has quickly and dramatically shifted so much for me within 6 months . It brings the body, mind and spirit into the same conversation. And honestly, it feels so WHOLE. So complete.

For 9 years I have rationalised, analysed and picked apart so many of my challenging life experiences. I’ve searched for meaning, made connections, told the stories, retold the stories… and, at times, I definitely had an agenda to FIX myself.

SET has brought me back to my body. Back to the living, breathing vessel that has been holding, protecting and communicating all of these experiences - perhaps just waiting for me to finally slow down enough to listen.

It has also changed my relationship with my stories.The stories I’ve told over and over again. The stories that, eventually, became identity. SET has shown me that I don’t necessarily need to keep digging into the story to create change.
Sometimes, the body already knows.

And yes, I have always worked with the body, but never in this depth. This training has opened me up to an entirely new language of sensation and presence.

• Learning to feel subtle changes in someone’s organs, muscles and fascia beneath my hands without poking, prodding or forcing.

• Learning to recognise shifts in someone’s nervous system and adjust my own presence accordingly, creating more space for their body to do what it already knows how to do.

• Learning to listen for and witness the storyteller, rather than getting caught up in the story.

• Learning tools that gently guide someone out of their head and back into their body.

I’m not just listening to what someone is telling me anymore. I’m paying attention to what their WHOLE system is communicating. Damn, our bodies are so intelligent, so much information is available to us when we slow down enough to listen.

A Season To Grow has begun. 4 women. The initiation of a 6 week 1:1 journey together 🥰

We open this space during Imbolc - which translates to 'In the belly'. It is so perfectly aligned in so many different ways. A time when the ewes are in lamb, udders are filling with milk, stirrings of spring, frosty mornings, daffodils and tulips start to emerge, the scent of daphne floats around the garden. We still need to warmth of the fire, of the womb, of each other, but things are waking up, and the seeds of rebirth and new beginnings are germinating.

This season is associated with the goddess Brigid - she sits on the threshold of spring, calling in healing, fertility, creativity, imagination, and poetry.

This is EXACTLY what The Season To Grow encompasses. A time of germination, emerging, stirring, listening, joy, possibility.

🫶 Hawthorn | Cleansing, preparation, possibilities:
This card is about people who are entering a phase where there is the possibility new beginnings; business, baby, relationship, home, or self-connection. It invites us to make space for this fresh energy. To acknowledge what is in our way, where we brace, block, and hide. To respectfully tend to our mind, vessel and soul so we can be present and fully embrace the newness.

🫶 Mor The Sea (Reversed) | Maternal ancestors, emotional healing, origins, connection:
This card is about a journey towards processing, understanding and healing mother wounds, family estrangement, or relationship ruptures with self or others. It's about someone who is entering a phase where gentle, slow and intentional healing is going to be really supportive, particularly in the realm of ancestral, and maternal lineage healing. I sense that this journey is going to be liberating, and deeply transformative emotionally.

🫶 Fulgurite & Rosebay Willowherb | Regeneration, acceleration, change, bones, freedom:
This journey is going to be activating, exciting, stirring, and carry some light bulb moments. Fulgurite is formed when lighting strikes sand or soil. I can sense there is going to be a lot of clearing and energetic work taking place for this person - think ‘bone deep’ clearing. This person may experience some amazing acceleration and manifestation outside of the 6-week experience.

🫶 Garnet & Lady’s Mantle | Womb healing, sexual power, sovereignty, rebalancing, nurture:
I sense that this journey is for a person who is on a journey with their wombspace - whether that is perimenopause/menopause, hysterectomy, infertility, sexual or birth trauma, or connection to the sacral/divine feminine. I can sense there will be a journey with boundaries, somatically exploring the feeling of ‘Yes’ and ‘No’, joy, creativity, self-expression, and nurturing self. There are signals that this will be a process of reconnection and finding equilibrium when it comes to your masculine and feminine (yin & yang)
