You do not have to silence the storm to find your centre; sometimes you only need to remember that you can pause, breathe, and choose your next step.
What might change if, instead of asking “How do I make all of this stop?”, you gently asked, “What is this moment showing me, and how can I meet myself here with compassion?”
🌙✨Today’s Intuitive Insight reveals itself through ‘Harmonious Living’ and “The Light Seers Tarot” by Chris-Anne💫

🤹1 The Magician
🪄7 of Wands
Thoughts become things. The mind Honda manifesting magic! If your mind is in chaos, so to is your experience. If you can calm the chaos in the mind, even when chaos is surrounding you, you can be the calm within the chaotic storm.
Are you going to be the debris flying around the tornado, or will you be the central point of the storm as an observer.
When you can be the observer of the mind and see facts versus fears, what is true and what is not, you gain back control, you take your power back. So what are you present to? Your energy flows where your attention goes. Where is your attention?
The challenge here in the 7 of Wands is presenting as one of two things, or perhaps both.
1. in order to observe the mind you’ve got to be present to it, you’ve got to have the patience to take the time to sit (or move) with it. If your mind is feeling rushed by life, or sitting still isn’t the norm, or easy for you, then that in itself can be a challenge. However do you have to sit still to do this? Perhaps not, perhaps you grab a fidget object and fidget, perhaps you go for a walk and see where the mind takes you. Perhaps you take a relaxing bath and check in with the mind. Perhaps you ride a bike, or work out whilst also observing the mind, maybe your body needs to be moving to see the mind clearly. Perhaps writing your thoughts, journaling is helpful in processing the minds patterns. And of course if you can sit and meditate then great. Find what works for you. There is no right or wrong way here, just a set of beliefs that run the show, and beliefs can change and in the process of mindful observation, beliefs are highly likely to shift and change.
1. Another challenge here might be compassion and non judgment in what comes up. This might be quite uncomfortable observing the mind and realising where it takes you. If you’re hard on yourself and not use to giving yourself compassion, or not judging whatever comes to light, you might feel shame, guilt, fear. So it is imperative that you do this through the lens of self compassion, without judgment, just view those thoughts like clouds passing in the sky. Once you track them look to the past, where in your experience did this come to be a running narrative playing out in the mind ever since. Remember compassion and non judgment for yourself and for others, for where or who this came from. It’s just information gathering to understand. You’re gathering very helpful information. Once you have that information, once that is in your awareness, change is possible, it becomes a solid foundation for growth, it is beneficial to you, it holds gold within it. You become the change maker, the generational curse or chain breaker, through the healing that takes place in this. And healing a wound requires care and attention with heart, and let’s face it, you’re all heart for others, it’s time to be that for yourself too.
So we need to put down the noise of the world, which might be very noisy with deadlines, pressure, best before dates, use by dates, things to do, stress, all taking you into DOing with little time for BEing, or perhaps no time at all to just BE. And that’s all noise in the mind, so to counteract that, to counterbalance that, consider perhaps the opposite is necessary and needed.
And it’s going to take practice and patience, and it seems this world has purposely sped you up to keep you stuck, to occupy your mind so that you don’t actually stop and smell the roses, stop and observe the mind.
The world taught you to be busy and your body is in this constant doing, constant survival, keeping you moving from one thing to the next. Breathe 😮💨. We’ve got work to do, and this work does not require spending energy on doing, it’s asking you to be. And don’t give up after one session, or one week, or one month, commit. Grow your meditative, contemplative, curious muscles. The results are well worth your time and effort, this will give you energy back, instead of taking it away.
Need a plan to implement, I got you, start small and build it up slowly, in your own time. Adapt and change to suit you:
Week 1 - Take one minute a day, just 60 seconds of your time to be present with the breath. Place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly, notice as you breathe the air into your lungs, the chest and belly rising, then as you breathe out noticing the chest and belly releasing as the air moves back out.
Week 2 - Increase this practice to 3 times a day, anytime that works. For example first thing when you wake before you get up, on your lunch break, in the evening in bed before you go to sleep. Remember it’s only 60 seconds each time. Just like that you’ve increased this practice x3. Don’t let this limit you, if you want to do it 5 or 6 times a day, do it, do it when you’re sitting on the toilet, away from the busy, what a great use of your toilet time. If you feel 3x is too much, do it 2x or do it once for 2 or 3 minutes, one and done. The choice is yours, you are not limited to what is written here, tweak it, make it work for you.
Week 3 - continue with 3x (or more) a day of mindful breathing. Add in, at one of those 3 times, a guided meditation for observations of the mind. You can get apps to support this (apps I’ve used are Insight timer - free and Headspace - paid subscription) or look up free YouTube guided meditations. Start by doing 3 minutes, or more (or less) if you feel comfortable and ready for more, again you are not limited by what is written here.
Keep building on this, move to 5 minutes in week 5, 8 minutes or 10 minutes in week 5. Switch up meditations if you like. Keep the rhythm, keep the rhythm going. And if you do this, report back to me your thoughts if you feel comfortable sharing, I would love to hear your experience.
You don’t have to believe every thought or fight every feeling. Pause, observe, breathe, and choose. Your power is not in controlling everything around you—it is in cultivating awareness of what is happening within you and responding to yourself with compassion.

May you remember that peace does not always mean the storm has disappeared; sometimes peace is the gentle moment you discover yourself standing at the centre of it—breathing, observing, choosing, and coming home to yourself. 🤍 ✨Best blessed wishes to you all, today and all days, in all ways ❤️
