Far out… 2 years! 🤯❤️
I’m so stoked to have maintained my goal for 18 months. 🎊

In fact, my metabolism is so cranked up that I’m actually adding MORE great food into my day to stop the weight loss. 😂🙌

Interestingly…
my size or the number on the scale isn’t something I’d even define myself by anymore.

I’ve gained SO much more in its place. ✨
✨ Personal growth
✨ Healthier body composition
✨ Energy & vitality
✨ New and trusting friendships
✨ A completely different relationship with food — food is fuel
✨ Confidence in my ability to make healthy choices
✨ And perhaps most importantly… HOPE for my future. ❤️

And my favourite…

Being able to encourage and coach others and watch them thrive — absolutely fills my cup. 🥰

Two years ago, I started this journey for my health.
I had no idea how much more I would gain along the way. ❤️

Yesterday was 🥶, I just couldn't get warm.

Last night I sat down after dinner and hugged our fire. I LOVE the heat.

Those who have been to our place know our lounge sits around 28deg when the fire is going. So it's important if you visit to wear layers. 😅

As I joked with a friend about having to inch back due to the heat, and I took this photo.

It made me think about the many people who may not only be cold, but absolutely freezing. 😪

Man, not only did It make me really appreciate what was in front of me, but it also reminded me to keep a check on what I complain about.

EFT - Tapping is so effective for so many areas of life.
I've really enjoyed working with several new Mums lately helping with birth stress and trauma.

Peta Stapleton's knowledge is awesome

Wow, so inspirational to listen to these guys last night.

Each echoing a similar sentiment.

🎊You don't know what's ahead, but it's good to be facing it with energy, enthusiasm and excitement for the possibilities to come.

🎊Definitely lives that still have a lot more living yet, and that age isn't a factor.

Here's just some of the great take-aways i got.

✨️When your current reality doesn't match the one you want.✨️

A few people have been asking lately
“Don't you get bored walking back and forth in your kitchen or even shorter in the caravan?”

“When I don't have a focus- YES.”
In fact they lead to the mornings I struggle to get up and walk.

The first images - the current reality.
Walking a little wobbly in my kitchen, 10 steps forward, 10 steps back. My body knows it well now.
The 2nd images - Where I go in my mind 🌲🌿⚘️🐝🦋🐦

Here I get to image all the beauty of bush walks and other places we've been on our caravan adventures. ❤️
Here I'm invincible 💪 lol.
I'm climbing mountains.

The 2nd sets me up with a great mindset for the day (or as long as I can milk it out some days)

If I stay in the 1st - absolutely, it gets boring and mundane. I find on those days my day starts off just like that too.

I know what I'd prefer 😎🐝🐦🌿
