That's why we're thrilled to be partnering with ConnectHER Aotearoa to host Dr Lena Clinkett, Obstetrician & Gynaecologist, for an evening focused on understanding and navigating menopause.

Whether you're approaching menopause, experiencing it now, supporting someone through it, or simply wanting to learn more, this promises to be a valuable and informative session.

Kia ora

West Invercargill Health will be closed this Monday for ANZAC Day.

As we head into the cooler season, it’s a good chance to slow down a little and reflect on the meaning of the day—remembering the service and sacrifice of those who came before us. Whether you’re attending a dawn service or spending time with whānau, we hope you’re able to take a moment to pause.

If you need medical care while we’re closed, please refer to our pinned post for after-hours and urgent care options.

Enjoy your long weekend ❤️

Happy Easter from West Invercargill Health!

Our bunnies have been working hard and we reckon they’ve earned a chocolate egg or two!

From our burrow to your whānau, we hope your Easter is full of good company, a bit of rest, and maybe a sneaky treat (or three).

A wee note from the burrow—after Easter, Dr Derek will be moving to a 4-day working week (Tuesday to Friday), while the rest of the team will still be here keeping things ticking along as usual.

We’ll be closing up the burrow at 5pm Thursday 2nd April and popping back open at 8.30am Wednesday 8th April. If you need medical assistance while we’re away, check out our pinned post for after-hours services.

Stay safe, enjoy the long weekend, and don’t eat all your chocolate in one go!

Reminder that this month's clothing day is tomorrow - Tuesday 31st. We have had a heap of donated clothing come in this month so there will be fresh items on the racks and in the draws. Pop along and have a browse.
