💙 BLUE SEPTEMBER | PROSTATE CANCER AWARENESS MONTH

This September, we’re encouraging men to take a moment to think about their prostate health.

Prostate cancer is one of the most common cancers affecting men, and knowing the signs and understanding your risk can make a difference.

Some changes to look out for include:
• Difficulty starting or maintaining urination
• Needing to urinate more often, particularly at night
• Blood in your urine or semen
• Pain or discomfort when urinating
• Changes in sexual function

Sometimes prostate cancer causes no symptoms at all, which is why talking with your healthcare provider about your individual risk is important.

Community Support Workers Needed

Good Partners Healthcare is looking for support workers in Dunedin, Invercargill, Gore and Winton.

Ideally, we are looking for applicants who have worked in this area before, but we will look for applicants who are studying in the related fields and those who wish to be trained in a new area. The position will commence on a casual basis.

We would love to hear from you if you have had experience in Personal cares assistance, Home Help, Companionship, Elderly Care, Dementia Care, Palliative Care
What is for you?
Flexible working hours,
A competitive hourly pay rate $24.35 to $30.26 per hour, depending on experience and qualification,
Ongoing Training.

You must have a full driver’s licence with a clean criminal and driving record and must be legally allowed to work in NZ.
