What I’m doing in my work life when I’m not in clinic so grateful 😊
First a big shout out to Anna Schaumkel for putting together an amazing inner city business retreat for women and inviting me to be one of the speakers as founder and co-owner of Compleat Wellness .
Anna is following up the retreat with interactive and informative email/blogs - see the link below this post to read the full email.
I hope you enjoy this wee snippet about the vision behind ComplEat Wellness and as always our humble thank you for joining us in this journey 🙏😍

✨Let’s talk about you as your brand.
How did you arrive at this?
1. Firstly, by having a clear vision with achievable small steps over time.
“My long-term vision in having a health shop was to make the community, New Zealand and the world healthier - one meal at a time, by providing healthy options and quality advice. I feel this vision is what Compleat Wellness has grown into over 10 years; a space that feels like community, a warm hug and a safe space to browse, share and just be.”
2. Authenticity is a business practice.
“We don't sell anything we wouldn't eat or use. If we think a product has potentially harmful ingredients, we don't stock it. Our aim is to take the guesswork out of shopping through education, expert advice from experienced staff and providing nutritional advice and options alongside curated supplements”
3. Leadership and legacy.
“I know what it is like to be a single parent, and I was excited to help other mammas [Kate Ross and Rose Keast] into business ownership. Just over two years ago, Kate Ross, Rose Keast and I became co-owners. This has helped the business continue to grow year on year, through collaboration, fresh ideas, sharing the load, leadership and setting goals for our shared vision to support community [and beyond] to be healthier and make healthy choices”
