🌱 We're hiring - two positions available at Crunchy Ltd — Invercargill's indoor microgreens farm!
Looking for someone who loves working with plants and takes pride in doing things right.
📍 On-site, Invercargill
🕘 Mon–Fri, 9am–2pm + alternate Saturdays (2 hrs)
⏱ ~25 hrs/week, Path to full-time available as we grow.

#1. About the Role: Grow & Harvest Operator
This role owns the growing side of Crunchy Ltd. You are responsible for keeping every crop healthy, harvested on time, and ready for packing. Your consistency directly determines what goes out to supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants across New Zealand.
You will work alongside one other part-timer and the owner. The work is routine-based and mostly independent. If you enjoy working with plants, like a structured weekly schedule, and take pride in doing things right every single day — this is your role.
#2. About the Role : Pack & Dispatch Operator
This role owns the order fulfilment side of Crunchy Ltd. Every order going to a supermarket, cafe, restaurant, or distributor across New Zealand passes through your hands. You pack it, label it, and get it out the door correctly and on time.
Order packing is the single biggest task in the business. If you are fast, organised, and someone who finds satisfaction in a clear workspace and a completed order list, this role suits you well.
You'll also get cross-trained — we're a small team and everyone knows both sides of the operation.
No horticulture degree needed. Just show up reliably, pay attention, and care about the work.
Great fit for parents, students, or anyone who wants consistent hours and finishes by 2pm.
