Just a gentle reminder as we head into winter bug season — if you are experiencing flu symptoms or have a fever, please be mindful about visiting my wellness space and vulnerable members of our community.

We all understand that people get sick, and it’s simply part of being human. However, protecting the health and wellbeing of those around us, especially those with compromised immune systems, should always come first.

A little consideration can make a very big difference. Thank you to everyone doing their part to help keep others safe this winter.

If possible, and you do need to reschedule your massage or sauna appointment, I kindly ask for more than 5 hours’ notice where you can. This gives me the opportunity to try and fill the appointment space, as late cancellations impact my small business financially as well as costing valuable time.

So as some of you guys know I have been having a few minor "malfunctions" with my body lately.
I just want you to all know that I am doing ok, I have got a few hospital appointments coming up over the next few weeks and hopefully the endocrinologist will have some form of an answer as to why my "Danger Will Robertson Siren" and my "check engine light" have been flashing/screaming for the past few months.
