Philippa Ross - Human Ecologist & Enthusiologist Cultivate the conditions for your soul, heart, mind and body to flourish the way nature intended Master the Game of Life – Connect. Pause. Engage.

I have combined my personal experiences, professional qualifications in psychology and passion for the environment into a skill-set I call the Personal Intelligence Programme (P.I.P) to help you find your True North. The programme focuses on the spiritual, emotional, mental and physical parts of being human, to give you the tools to master the game of life - enhancing your wellbeing, enabling you

to create a measure of your own success and accomplishments, build the confidence and courage to be true to yourself and grab life by the balls so you have a bloody good time while you have the privilege of living. Respond

• Connect to what inspires you – the true nature of who you are. (spiritual)
• Pause to develop awareness and understanding of what your emotions (energy in motion) are telling you. (emotional)
• Engage your brain to consciously attend to matter that matters to you. (mental)
• Respond with actions that harmonise your soul, heart, mind and body matter to work as a team. (physical)

Like, Aristotle, I believe knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom. P.I.P will help you connect, direct and transform your wisdom to reveal the depth of your own intelligence and what matters to you so you can use your own value to add value to the world around you. I have an Honors Degree in Psychology, an Advanced Diploma in Child Development, am a Reiki practitioner, Equine Assisted Learning and Energy Dance facilitator. I've studied and researched quantum physics, positive psychology, human ecology, energy psychology, ontology, philosophy, epigenetics and psychoneuroimmunology in my quest to quench an insatiable thirst for knowledge and understanding about the intrinsically interconnected web of life and our connection to nature. I'm the Great, Great, Great Granddaughter of the Polar Explorer Sir James Clark Ross who charted the oceans to both polar regions using the earths magnetic field to navigate his way. He discovered the North Magnetic Pole in 1831 and the Ross Sea and Ross Ice Shelf, Antarctica in 1841 while searching for the South Pole. We are all descendants of the ocean. It is the source of all life. It’s crucial we protect our environment as we’re all part of a whole eco system that sustains the cycle of life. Our health, our internal eco system is affected by the environment around us. Our ability to flourish is reliant on our capacity to connect to the universal intelligence and create an environment that harmonises humanity and the planet; the playground where we live out our lives

Holy macaroni - it'll be 1.5 years tomorrow since I moved into my tiny home.
Not only was it the most exquisite experience in building it, but the entire process of downsizing to upscale life was invaluable.
So many conversations recently about letting to - decluttering life on so many levels - physically, mentally, emotionally to align with the values of one's soul - our True North.
This is just one of the life experiences that have given me the tools to help others clear the clutter in life - in whatever form it takes for them.
The first important step is to 'verify' where you're at - to get your bearings - then you can move on.
Clear space to make space for the new.
I'd love to know what you're currently doing to help reorientate your own journey in life.

What the chuff has Penguin Pu got to do with life.
As it turns out - a lot.
Pu is the Tao principle relating to our natural state - and penguins can teach us so much about living in harmony with our natural state.
So much so, I've created an entire oracle deck called 'Pip's Pu - using penguin wisdom to help us find our True North by navigating life with flow, rhythm and meaning.

Those who know me, appreciate the multi faceted aspects of who I am and what I do - but for those that don't I thought it was about time I curated my website to provide the outside world with a glimpse into the depth and breadth of how I add value to the world while also filling up my own cup focusing on what energises me.
It's a reminder that every step we take helps build a bigger picture, so I encourage you to keep walking toward what you love.

Yes there's the mentoring - but not as you may know it. It's not conventional - because that just wouldn't be me! I am the alternative fairy godmother I sought for years - the one who can help you magnetise your soul's signature wisdom and step into your sovereignty - the extraordinary as opposed to the ordinary parts of your self.
The there's my recently created Oracle cards that I can't wait to print and put out in the world. Watch this space for my Kickstarter project.
The Waste Not, Want Not podcast that began 4.5 years ago where I get to have conversations with extraordinary people all about making the most of our natural resources both human potential and environmental
Speaking - on stage, onboard cruise ships, as a podcast host and guest, facilitating workshops or presentations, I bring a unique blend of storytelling, psychology, science, humour, and heartfelt insight to every audience.
Book and writing - Yes, my book 'Life's a Load of Balls! has been percolating for close to 20 years now, but I can feel it in my bones - this is the year it'll get finished!
Two pages still under construction that have significantly contributed to my journey.
My Heritage - My Great, Great, Great Grandfather, Sir James Clark Ross discovered the North magnetic pole in 1831 and the Ross Sea region, Antarctica in 1841. His love of science and magnetism has influenced my work in exploring aspect of our inner world where his was the outer world - I then bring the two together to help people find their True North.
My Tiny Home journey - I began a long time dream to have my own home in May 2024 after years of research, I finally got to become a significant part of building and bringing it to life.

On International Biodiversity Day, I’ve found myself reflecting on how much we can learn from the natural world when we take the time to truly observe it.

We often look outside ourselves for answers - searching for more strategy, more structure and more certainty - yet nature has always operated through connection, balance, instinct and interdependence.

That understanding became one of the inspirations behind the Pip’s Pu™ Oracle Cards.

After spending time in Antarctica and researching penguins more deeply, I became fascinated by the way they instinctively know when to move forward, when to conserve energy, when to seek shelter and when to work collectively for the wellbeing of the colony.

It made me wonder how differently we might navigate life if we learned to trust our own internal guidance system more fully and reconnect with the natural rhythm beneath the noise of modern life.

The theme for this year’s International Biodiversity Day is “Acting locally for global impact” - a reminder that small shifts in awareness, connection and the way we care for ourselves, each other and the environment all ripple outward.

Perhaps reconnecting with ourselves is part of reconnecting with nature too.

I recently created a short video sharing the story behind Pip’s Pu™, Antarctica and why penguins became such meaningful guides in this work.
