Meet beetroot humble, vibrant and packed with fascinating plant compounds.

Our B&C blend features organic heirloom beetroot powder, bringing that beautiful deep colour and the naturally occurring betalains and dietary nitrates that make beetroot so valuable.

Beetroot's natural nitrates are involved in the body's nitric oxide pathway, which helps regulate blood vessel function. Its rich pigments have been studied for their antioxidant properties.

We add raw cacao and another secret spice bringing its distinctive flavour and character to the mix.

The simplest ingredients have the most interesting stories to tell.

Sometimes, the next step isn't about doing more.

We spend so much of our lives trying to find the answers, fix the problems,drive outcomes and push forward.

But what if the shift begins when we stop filling every space?

What if the space between what was and what comes next is where something new can emerge?

This is the space that interests me.

We can spend years understanding where we've come from.

The experiences that shaped us.
The beliefs we adopted.
The patterns we repeated.
The ways we learned to protect ourselves.

That understanding can be an important part of healing.

But there comes a point when the question changes.

Not only:

What happened to me?

But:

Who am I now?

What do I choose?
What feels true for me?
What am I ready to create?

Because we don't have to keep creating our present from our past.

When we recognise and clear the interference, we create space to return to ourselves more present, more aligned, more able to consciously choose what comes next.

Clear the interference.
Return to alignment.
Create from there.
