In the series of what actually happens in a treatment… it is mostly a relaxing one where you can just lay back and relax. And then there is the odd time I pop you into weird positions to really find out the issues.
Doing so we can work out what is going wrong while the body is at that point. What’s causing the pain? Why can’t the muscles hold? Etc etc etc 😂
It’s kind of fun, we usually solve the pain and have a giggle along the way.

People have many hats. And I honestly believe that due to this we can have a better understanding of each other. I can understand your traumas and illnesses, not because I’ve “studied” them. But I’ve either personally seen it, or gone through them myself.
Life is a balance. But so is operating your brain and body. If you could do one thing for yourself, book a session, a long one or a mini one.
You can’t balance all your hats if you can’t find the balance in your brain and body.

How does a distant session work?
I’ve often wondered if my neighbours can tell I’m doing something “odd” when I sit still on the motorbike. Or just stand in a paddock for a period 😂 Cows are totally useless to it! Haha.
