Eclipse was intentionally created for women to connect, reflect, learn, and feel supported through the different seasons of life.

So if you’re curious about what we do and what’s happening at the studio, do come along to one of our open studio mornings.

“I’m fine.”

Sometimes “I’m fine” means:

I’m functioning.
I’m getting everyone where they need to be.
I’m answering the messages.
I’m doing the work.
I’m keeping everything moving.

But underneath it, you’re tired. Irritated. Overwhelmed. Disconnected. Or quietly wondering how long you can keep doing everything this way.

You don’t have to be falling apart before you’re allowed to acknowledge that something isn’t feeling right.

Sometimes noticing is the first step.

What would you say if someone asked how you were doing, and you didn’t have to say “I’m fine”?

Any plant mamas around?

My relationship with plants has never been fantastic and now all the new studio plants have yellowed and dropping leaves like no tomorrow 😭

Google says it's likely the chlorine in the water...
So I reckon its the water quality but I could be wrong!?
