Woohoo! The Wellington Orcas took the win today against the Auckland Vulcans with a solid 18-8 victory at Jerry Collins Stadium in Porirua!

Despite the nip in the shade, the heat on the field was intense. Every tackle had supporters on the sidelines buzzing, with plenty of ooooos echoing from the stands!

This was the last home game for the Orcas, and what a way to close it out – walking away with the win! 🏆🔥

Well done, ladies! And all the best for Round 5, we’ll be cheering you on on Sky Sport 4! 🙌

After a cracker of a game today, our wāhine enjoyed a well deserved kai together, celebrating both the hard mahi and the whanaungatanga that comes with it.

Orcas and Waikato played their hearts out at Porirua Park, with the Orcas coming out on top with a 24-18 win. This marks the Orcas’ second home game, and they’re gearing up for their third next Saturday at 12pm, same location.

A HUGE mihi to everyone for their mahi both on and off the field – players, whānau supporters, the crews on the sidelines and behind the scenes 🙌🏽 Return home safely, our Waikato whānau, until next time. ❤️
